Who we are
Built on a Decade of Hands-On Power Electronics Experience
Elteknik P.C. is a boutique power electronics engineering consultancy founded by Odyssefs Lykartsis — a Senior Power Electronics Engineer with over 10 years of experience at Ericsson, EVBox, and CEVT (Zeekr) across Sweden, the Netherlands, and Greece.
The name reflects the philosophy. Elteknik — from the Swedish for the science of electrical engineering — is how we approach every engagement: with rigour, analytical depth, and no approximations.
Founded in 2021 and built on a decade of applied expertise, we work with technology companies, automotive suppliers, and industrial manufacturers who need senior, hands-on engineering capability on a project basis — without the overhead of a permanent hire.
Every engagement is led and delivered personally by Odyssefs. We do not subcontract. We engage selectively, work deeply, and deliver to a standard we would be comfortable defending in any engineering review.

Power electronics

Our designs are optimised for efficiency, thermal performance, and long-term reliability, engineered to the specific demands of your application rather than adapted from generic reference designs.
Embedded Software
Our embedded firmware for power electronics and motion control is developed to work in tight harmony with the underlying hardware — implementing regulation algorithms, protection logic, and communication interfaces that ensure your system performs reliably across the full operating envelope.
EMI and EMC
We bring EMC expertise that goes beyond test-and-fix. Our approach embeds compliance thinking from schematic stage through PCB layout and system integration — covering CISPR 25 for automotive and EN 55022/32 for industrial applications. We also support pre-compliance test campaigns and root-cause troubleshooting.
PCB Layout
Our PCB layouts for power electronics are engineered with switching loop minimisation, domain isolation, and thermal management as primary design constraints. We work with Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer, and our layouts are validated against both electrical performance and manufacturing requirements.
Mechanical Design
Mechanical and thermal design are inseparable from electrical performance in power electronics. We design enclosures and thermal management systems that protect sensitive electronics, ensure effective heat dissipation, and comply with relevant ingress protection standards — while remaining straightforward to manufacture.
